We had a challenge while working on this site, The carport was meant to be facing outside and we met alot of service pipes and had to redirect the whole carport..

We had to deal with the re-orientation of the carport and for it to still be able to project the beautiful design we intend for it 💪👌.

Details of our fantastic double floor👌 steel structure put together to represent alot of things, we turned this space into a multi functional space by the use of steel, technology and space management..

This was a flat swimming pool with no ammenities around it .

So we turned it into a double floor space starting from the

📌 Ground Floor
- Re-tiling of the swimming pool space.

- Designing of the walkway that connects to the swimming pool area.

- Desigining of the whole wall around the swimming pool.

- Creation of a bar and sit-out around ths swimming pool.

- Hosting of the pillars holding the first floor and turning the slab into a beautiful ceiling space with lighting and ceiling speakers

📌 First floor
- Creation of the connecting spiral staircase that connects the ground floor to the first floor.

- Creation of the whole glass structure with abit of cement board like a false wall.

- Creation of a beautiful bar area, with fridge, drink lockers and an ice maker.

- Creation of toilets with shower for the gym area and the bar area.

- Creation of beautififul ceilings with efective lighting.

📌 Creation of a 12 seater automated cinema area.. Beautiful stuff.

📌 Construction of 8-car capacity carports for the beautiful cars.
