God is not done with us yet! Keep believing and your season will come.

Today the book ”Seasons of Antibes” is officially published and I can call myself an author. Saying I am happy or overjoyed is probably an understatement and for now I wish to express my feelings more in gratitude to all of you my friends who have supported me (and you know yourselves) and to my family who have stuck with me throughout. Family is truly the greatest and that’s no understatement. But one big thank you goes to my publishers: Austin Macauley, for taking a chance on me and giving my book the light of day.

It’s happening countdown to the Seasons of Antibes book

March 4- Publication Event

Yeah!! That feeling of winning a Grandslam never gets old even if it’s your 10th! For me that’s exactly how excited I am to be published for the first time!!!
I’ve been counting down for over a month to the day since my publishers sent the email that a date had been set for the publication of my book. Now 9 days to go and I still cannot believe it!

Paying attention now, that’s the AWARENESS that comes out of meditation - being in the present. We tennis players know a thing or two about this, but the true champions are the ones that have learnt to calm the seas and be truly in the moment and find gratitude in it. Corybantique - chapter 7

Méditation - that’s what the reader will get out of reading Chapter 8, where I talk about some of my best meditative walks either on the beach or in the beautiful garden of my domain in Juan Flore and how this surrounds me with the energy from God all around me
