Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will help drive business growth and enhance our overall performance.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Identify data quality issues and work with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data analysis processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, or Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

The standing water helps control weeds, provides nutrients, and regulates temperature. This method, known as paddy cultivation, ensures optimal conditions for rice growth, resulting in higher yields.
