I want to be able to cause a SHIFT in the lives of more young men and women. Help them move from where they are to where they ought to be. From darkness to light and from the power of satan to the power of God.

The The NEXT SHIFT

Listen closely with open hearts. 

I will now begin to speak to you on a subject that will help you move up closer to God's season for your life now! 

Listen closely.

Let's establish the very obvious fact that your life has a definite purpose. 

No one appeared on the scene without a role to play. Not even you!

To think your life has no purpose is an insult on the Creator. To assume you are worthless is to accuse Him wrongly. 

You have a purpose.

Your life has a meaning. 

And the time for the manifestation of what God has designed you to be is within the time of your life. 

You can't be anything after you die. So now that you are alive is the time for your purpose to gain expression and, actually your time is counting down, to death... Hurry! 

Stay with me! 

But you see,  God apportions the purpose of your life into times and seasons, bits by bits. You won't be all that God wants you to be all at once. Your purpose is in phases. 

This brings us to The NEXT SHIFT. 

And if its true that your life is in phases it means the phase you were 10years ago won't make sense today if that phase has ended. 

Did you get that? 

Have you met with people who seem to be in God's plan a few years ago but seem to be lost today? 

They just transmitted and didn't know it. 

That your life doesn't look like what it should be doesn't mean you are outside of plan. You just need to realize that you are done with the last shift. Move on to The NEXT SHIFT. 

My friend! 

Don't die with yesterday's glory because your life is segmented into phases. 

God has a specific work He wants you to do in each season. Find that work and do it as you get ready for NEXT. 

So,  here is the question, what phase of purpose are you in this current season of your life and what is the demand of this new phase?

Listen to this! 

".....what things are see are temporal for the things that are not seen are eternal.... "

Here is the equation to finding The NEXT SHIFT. 

Realize that whatever you have done is temporal. The mo you revealed the potentials that was inside it became seen and you must move on to the next....

HOW READY ARE AFRICAN TEENS FOR THE FUTURE OF WORK?

I remember when we talked about the energy of creativity. Part of that conversation is how that;

1+2=3

In the world of creativity, there is no NEW.
There is only NEXT!

There won't be a new social media but we can ask questions like, what's the next phase of social media? What other possibilities can we explore?

Nothing is ever made that wasn't made from something that already exists.

This is called ADVANCEMENT.

Let's stop here to begin to question the readiness of today's African teenagers?

From the equation of creativity it would be easy to assume that tomorrow is a multiplication of today.

That tomorrow is an advancement of today.
If this is correct it would mean that the quality of adults our teens would be in the coming time would be greatly dependent on today.

But here is the focus of this conversation.
a lot is happening in tech.
The world mas moved on.
Today's tech is inspiring but tomorrow's tech would be sophisticated.

Here is the thinking....
"what we have today wasn't there yesterday. What would be here tomorrow isn't in today. The energy of the future is with young people.... "

If we fail to expose our teens to tech today when it is still inspiring then we may raise a generation of adults who will depend on China for technology when it gets sophisticated.

HOW READY ARE AFRICAN TEENS FOR THE FUTURE OF WORK?

My was on 25th April, exactly two years after my late mum's departure.

My day was almost getting messed up until now.

I know what it is to lose some one.
I feel the pain of those who have lost some one. May the Almighty give your peace!

This simple observation will help you live a more intentional and productive life.

Did you notice that kings never summoned John the Baptist?

Wait, the entire Isreal would gather in the wilderness to hear his powerful messages.

But as long as he was in the wilderness kings didn't show up. They wanted to but his position was not kingly.

STOP, THINK THIS WELL.
JOHN WAS THE GREATEST IN HIS TIME BUT NO KING SORT HIS AUDIENCE.......

The best the kings could do was send messengers to John.

But do you see how kings left their nations to see king Solomon?

Paul was summoned to speak with kings even though he was in chains

Rulers would gather around Jesus.

Friends......
Listen, I know you are doing amazing in your industry but if you keep speaking the language of gentiles (mediocrity) kings won't come to you.

Excellence is a language kings will quickly hear and interprete.

Change your brand style.
Add some excellence to your delivery and watch kings gather around you.

GUESS WHAT IS IT…..!

Were you consulted if you would love to be born?

Because I think it is necessary for some consultation with me if am going to be brought into this wounded and dying world.

No body consulted you if you would be interested to be born into the country of your nationality or the family you would love to be born into.

Are you thinking?

There are tons of people who live and die and all that could be accredited to them is pain.
Pain was their partner in life and their companion in death.

What sort of life is that?
But guess what, the One who brough them was not careful enough to require from them if this is what they would sign up for!

If you haven’t seen people in pain I have. And it’s not that they had pain, it was all they knew.

I have seen mad people roaming the streets of my nation as I imagine them everywhere else across the nations of the earth but here is my worry; they were never consulted if they would be OK with that posture of life.
