Watford are reportedly preparing to dismiss manager Paulo Pezzolano and reappoint former boss Javi Gracia.
Pezzolano, hired in the summer, has managed just three wins in nine Championship fixtures, leaving the Hornets 11th in the table despite earning seven points from their last three matches.
Gracia, who previously managed Watford from January 2018 to September 2019, is expected to make a return to Vicarage Road. The Spaniard has been out of management since his 2023 departure from Leeds United.
If confirmed, Gracia will become Watford’s 13th managerial appointment since 2020, continuing the club’s reputation for frequent changes in the dugout.

History was made as Crystal Palace triumphed 2-0 over Dynamo Kyiv in their European debut. The goals from Daniel Munoz and Eddie Nketiah did more than just secure the win; they propelled the south London side into the record books. The victory is their seventh of the season and, more importantly, extends their unbeaten run to an unprecedented 19 games—a new club record that eclipses the 18-match streak from 1969. Their incredible form stretches back to April 16th, with no defeats since their loss to Newcastle.

More Updates On Chelsea's Signing
Chelsea is reportedly interested in signing Felix from Atletico Madrid but is unwilling to meet their asking price. The Blues are looking to negotiate a swap deal that could include either Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang or Marc Cucurella going to Atletico Madrid. Aubameyang is expected to leave Chelsea, with Barcelona also showing interest in him. Cucurella has not featured in the last three games under Frank Lampard due to poor form. Felix, who has no future at Atletico after falling out with coach Diego Simeone, hinted at his desire to stay at Chelsea after scoring in their last game against Bournemouth. The report also notes that new Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has been told that the club's focus this summer will be on reducing the squad size instead of making new signings like last transfer summer which has seen the club owner, Todd Boehly spend more than €600m under a year at the club.

Latest transfer news/Gossips
Chelsea are reportedly considering a swap deal with Atletico Madrid to secure the permanent transfer of Joao Felix, as they prepare for the appointment of incoming manager Mauricio Pochettino. Despite Felix only scoring three goals in 17 games for Chelsea so far, the club is keen to keep him, but are unwilling to meet Atletico's €100m asking price for the Portuguese international. Atletico are also open to another loan spell, but they would demand an additional €18m for such a deal. Chelsea have expressed interest in reducing the asking price through a swap deal, with Atletico potentially interested in either Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang or Marc Cucurella, according to the Evening Standard.

Chelsea Move For Sadio Mane Received a Boost!
In other news, Chelsea's pursuit of Sadio Mane has received a boost as Bayern Munich has reportedly sanctioned the sale of the former Liverpool attacker. The move is expected to pave the way for Mauricio Pochettino, the likely new manager of Chelsea, to bring in his target. Mane has not had a successful time with Bayern, scoring just 12 times in 36 matches and failing to become a regular starter under either of the team's previous or current managers. He was involved in an off-field incident in which he reportedly punched teammate Leroy Sane, resulting in a suspension and a hefty fine. According to sources, Mane was likely to leave Bayern even before the incident, and it is believed that he is not part of Thomas Tuchel's plans. The transfer market will be interesting for Mane, and it is unclear whether he will return to England or seek other options.
