Here is a list of 17 healthy Nigerian dishes u can eat when trying to loose weight and stay in shape.

Note that all meals should be eaten in portion.

1) Moi Moi
2)Pepper soup
3)Rice and vegetable sauce
4) Beans porridge and dry fish
5) Egg Omelette
6) Unripe plantain and Pepersoup/vegetable sauce
7)Eba and okra soup/any vegetable soup
8)Agidi and Pepersooup/veg sauce
9) Boiled yam and veggies/egg
10) Stair fry vegetable and cooked eggs
11) 1 small size sachet of indomie and lots of veggies
12) Cabbage swallow and soup
13) Vegetable salad and chicken
14) Yam/ potatoe porridge with dry fish and vegetable
15) Unsweetened yoghurt and nuts
16) 2 slice of bread and coffee
17) Jollof rice/white rice with vegetable and protein
