IELTS READING
The Reading section of IELTS lasts for one hour and has ten question types which are:
1. Multiple choice
2. Short answer
3. Matching Headings
4. Matching Terms and Definitions
5. Sentence completion
6. Summary completion
7. True, False, and Not Given
8. Classifying information
9. Labeling diagrams
10.Matching information
One of the problems most people encounter in the Reading section is how to get the right answer from the passage, that is, how to locate the answer. Few people scale through this but there lies another problem "answer presentation". These are the things taught in our classes.
TRUE, FALSE, and NOT GIVEN
Here you will be given statements and asked to declare each statement as TRUE or FALSE or NOT GIVEN. The challenge so many persons have is differentiating between FALSE and NOT GIVEN.

IELTS WRITING
The Writing section of IELTS comes with two tasks-
TASK 1(Academic)
This lasts for just 20 minutes and you will be asked to summarize the information in a table, bar chart, pie chart, flow chart, line graph, or a map.
To summarize a table you need to count the number of rows it has. You will need to write a thesis statement/topic sentence as well use the right words in your summary. If spelling is your problem then you will need our tutorial. Apart from the thesis statement there is also what is called concluding statement. The difference between these two is that while a thesis statement is a compound sentence with one or more conjunctions, a concluding statement is just a simple sentence.
In our tutorial you will learn how to use conjunctions, prepositions, transition words, etc. You need to master these things irrespective of your academic qualification. I have taught Ph.D holders who are still finding it difficult to differentiate between "am" and "i'm", "been" and "being". Here you are exposed to all the pitfalls in English Grammar that make people fail IELTS Writing.
TASK 1(General Training)
If you are taking the IELTS General Training you will write a formal or informal letter in Task 1 and will not summarize any diagram. Here students are taught the steps in presenting IELTS letter that qalifies for 8.5.
TASK 2(Academic & General Training)
This lasts for 40 minutes and everyone will write either an argumentative or expository essay of at least 250 words. There is a difference between an argumentative essay and expository essay. They have different structures and you need to learn them step by step.

IELTS LISTENING(Cause and Effect)
A lot of candidates have come across Cause and Effect in IELTS without knowing how to handle it. Cause and Effect have a relationship. CAUSE is the reason for EFFECT. What this simply means is that as you listen to the conversation and you have dotted lines(......................) on the Effect side ensure that what you write as your answer is the aftermath of what happened on the CAUSE side and vice versa.
For instance, in the picture here you will see on the CAUSE side "We have better roads now than in the past" and on the Effect side you can see "More people..........................." What they want you to do here is to give them the effect of having better roads now than in the past. They will play a trick on you in their conversation by saying things like "these days more people travel by air" and "more people drive cars since the roads we have now are better than in the past" They said "more people travel by air" and they also said "more people drive cars". If you are observant you will see that they never said that more people travel by air because of good roads which we have now. They used this to distract some candidates from the real answer.

IELTS LISTENING
IELTS has four sections- Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening. The most challenging section to many candidates are the Reading and Listening sections.
Below i have uploaded some photos you will encounter in the Listening section. This section has seven question types which are:
1. Fill in the gap
2. Multiple choice
3. Diagram
4. Sentence completion
5. Cause and Effect
6. Short answer
7. Choosing answers from a list
Now let me explain what diagram is all about-
When it comes to diagram you will be presented with a map of a building just like the normal building plan we all know. This building will have a main entrance and will also have different sections. They will go in through the entrance and will be talking about two things which i teach my students. Even though the conversation is long, it is just two things they are talking about which you must know in order to pass. They also have a particular way they move about in the building.
