Welcome to the 2026 Little League International Congress which puts together administrators of the programme all over world for 4 to 5 days of brainstorming to prepare for the future. It is a good thing to know that Nigeria is being represented powerfully here, and this means so much for the future of our youths. Efforts must always be made to ensure that we integrate our children into the world of friendship and character building. Little League offers this more than any youth programme in the world.

The Director, Little League Europe and Africa Region, Beata, at the Congress in Indianapolis, USA manning the regional registration stand with other colleagues. The theme this year is Racing Towards the Future. It promises to be full of resources, enlightenment and excitements.

Season’s Greetings to the Little League Baseball Family in Nigeria
On behalf of the Little League Baseball community in Nigeria, I extend warm Christmas greetings to our players, parents, coaches, officials, volunteers, sponsors, and partners across the nation.
Christmas is a season of love, reflection, and gratitude. It offers us an opportunity to thank God for His faithfulness and to appreciate every family whose commitment, sacrifice, and support continue to sustain and grow Little League Baseball in Nigeria. Your belief in our children and in the values of teamwork, discipline, respect, and fair play remains the foundation of our progress.
Throughout the year, our young athletes have displayed courage, resilience, and sportsmanship, both on and off the field. They are a source of pride and hope for the future of baseball and for our nation. To our parents and guardians, we acknowledge your dedication and unwavering support, which make these achievements possible.
As we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, may this season bring peace to our homes, joy to our hearts, and renewed strength for the year ahead. We look forward to a new year filled with greater opportunities, continued development, and more memorable moments for our Little League family.
