Just wanna tell y'all fitness lovers and intending persons that this journey needs ur commitment, dedication, consistency, focus and sometimes motivation. Not all about motivation but discipline. Check the photos below and see for ya self. When I first started it was as a result the suffering from unnecessary high blood pressure back in 2017... I made that decision to take up a new life which is to engage in physical exercise... I did cardio and morning for about a couple of months then got to know a street gym then I started weight lifting small small. Didn't focus on legs because I feared the pain involved.. boom didn't like d way I was looking after I take a picture of me... So I evolved to leg focus and that's the result you're seeing. WORKOUT to stay healthy and not necessarily for the physica features.
