Greetings. Allow me to introduce to you about our power moves classes and it will be great joining hands together. We are starting up with stretching to gain flexibility as our first session. BENEFITS OF STRETCHING 1•It helps a lot to free up muscles 2•It helps to relax and light up the whole body 3•It helps in blood circulation to the body 4•It reduces risks of injuries like muscles,joints etc 5•It helps to gain flexibility. 6.It helps reduces risks of nerve damages Some other athletes prefer warm up before stretching and others prefer warming up after stretching Warming up then stretching last it’s like the body is already in a good race then you interfere it’s victory at last. Stretching before warm up is good because the whole body already has woken up and ready to be used as a tool to perform. Light stretching at the end of the every session keeps the whole story in shape It’s much more better to start up a light stretch a few minutes as you advance to high level after the muscles waking up.
