A HUGE congratulations to our amazing member Julia for hitting her 100 class milestone with us this week!
Consistency certainly pays off and we love love LOVE seeing you show up for yourself every week. We see how committed you are and how strong you’ve become and hearing that you’ve also noticed a big difference in your coordination and strength since starting classes at .pilates is the BEST feeling for us!💪🏻

VERY excited to be back teaching in studio from this week! I’ve missed you guys!!
I often get asked what each of our classes are like.. so here’s the breakdown with my “brunch scale”:
Core Flow: our OG class that we’re known for! Flow seamlessly through your favourite Pilates moves with our dynamic, full body burn. Expect to be challenged and leave feeling energised!
💁🏻♀️ Brunch scale: go to brunch with the “I just did Pilates” glow!
Core Strong: this is our answer to HIST (high intensity strength training). Each class is designed to build functional strength, and muscular endurance by incorporating heavy weights and increased spring tension with controlled movements. You’ll be so busy vibing out to our awesome playlist that you’ll find these 50 mins fly by!
💁🏻♀️ Brunch scale: go to brunch with friends who can physically support you, while your shakey legs recover!
Core Foundations: the place to start if you’re new around here, returning to exercise, or in the mood for a slower class. We recommend 2-3 classes here before moving into our other classes.
