We started from scratch 7 years ago and look at us now: 7 years old (what a magic number). So many of you great yogis joined us. We’re so grateful to see you all in our yoga room to practice yoga together. Let’s start another 7 years!

Yoga with Easter: Sunday we are closed, Monday there is class at 9 in the morning. Saturday is normal schedule. Plenty of chances to do you egg-asana!

The days are very short, the nights are very long. Yoga helps one the find the light from within. We organize special candlelight classes just before the holidays. A wonderful experience to be part of it! December 19, 20 and 21 you can join us for the beautiful classes.

My challenge for the upcoming weeks: practicing handstand. Starting with the support of the wall. Little by little finding my equilibrium, falling out and trying again. It’s not about the end point, it’s about the way to get there. What is your challenge?
