BASE Balance Board

Today I had the pleasure of giving a lecture in the ISSF Coaching Course (C5), where I introduced coaches to BASE — the balance measurement and training system I developed to help shooting athletes improve stability and consistency. BASE provides real-time audio feedback to the athlete and captures detailed balance data to support truly evidence-based coaching.

Great to see so much interest in this system!

Thursday was the last day of BASE at the World Cup. Many more visitors (including medal-winning athletes) experienced the bio-feedback, helping to improve balance.
