1st surgery done 🙏🏼💪🏼 short update guys, I just had my first laterjet surgery done and I’m currently recovering (and on a whole lot of cool meds 👽)
Fortunately my bone tissue was very dense and strong so the graft should do it’s job 🦾
Now the long recovery start, I might share some stuff here, see you soon 🙌🏼
PS: I’ve spent the weeks leaning into surgery on filming a lot of content, so no worries and expect a lot of videos in the coming period (the timeline is a mess, some videos were filmed pre injury, some between injury and surgery, so if you see my in and out of slings that explains) 🎥
I’m expected to return to jiujitsu in 9 months 😅
PSS: obviously is fully up and running, all classes are live with our amazing team! ⚡️
