There is something special about training together with your kung fu family in china.

The sound of footsteps echoing through the Nanhua Temple. Early mornings filled with focus. Long training sessions shared with friends who quickly become family.

This is what our journey to the new Chan Wu centre was about.

Not just learning kung fu but learning to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.

A glimpse into our unforgettable journey at the Chan Wu Centre in Shaoguan, China.
