2025 wasnโ€™t a glow-up.
It was a teardown.

We didnโ€™t scale Maverick. We questioned it. What worked was starting to limit what was possible.

So we rebuilt. Quieter. Sharper. Uncomfortable.

We reframed performance. Less fitness theater. More calm at 280 km/h. Less motivation. More decision-making when fatigue hits. Less โ€œtrain harder.โ€ More โ€œthink clearly when it hurts.โ€

The results didnโ€™t ask for attention. Drivers faster late in races. Bodies that stopped leaking performance.
Brains that stayed precise under pressure.

2025 is when Maverick stopped being impressive
and started becoming inevitable.

The future isnโ€™t a gym or a method. Itโ€™s an ecosystem.

2026 doesnโ€™t need hype.
Itโ€™s already loading.

Some wins get posted. Others get earned in silence.

This one stays with me.

I knew before the uniform. Before the badge. When the Royal Marines were a dream he didnโ€™t yet believe he deserved.

We didnโ€™t just train his body.
We trained who he was becoming.

Strength came.
But resilience came first.

He earned his place at the Royal Dutch Marines academy. And make no mistake, he was more than capable.

This isnโ€™t a failure story. Itโ€™s a courage story.

On cold Sunday nights, waiting for the train back to camp, he made the harder call: Walk away from the โ€œrightโ€ path. Choose the honest one.

The 11th Airmobile Brigade.
The red beret.

Not easier. Just true to himself.

That choice weighs more than any barbell.

Proud of the soldier.
Prouder of the man.
Itโ€™s about staying loyal to who you are when it counts.

Another training camp.
Open to every driver whoโ€™s willing to suffer, sweat, swear, connect with people who actually get itโ€ฆ
and say yes to an adventure that makes your comfort zone file a complaint.

You know who you are. You built the chaos. You earned the scars. You set the standard.

Still processing everything that happened last Saturdayโ€ฆ and honestly, I wouldnโ€™t change a single moment. From the first rep to the last breath, from laughter to chaos, from teamwork to absolute friendly warfare, this crew showed up like legends.

Watching all of you train togetherโ€ฆ the energy, the high fives, the willingness to suffer (special shoutout to the ones who voluntarily went โ€œfull Daan modeโ€), it was unreal. That kind of connection canโ€™t be manufactured. Itโ€™s earned. And you earned it.

Paintball?
Letโ€™s just say the โ€œteam with the vestsโ€ treated the rulebook like a loose suggestion.
Winners: still undetermined.
Entertainment value: a solid 12/10.

Dinner was the perfect finish, amazing food , the best group of people, zero egos, just a table full of stories, laughter and a group that somehow felt like family by the end of the night.

๐Ÿ‘‰ You train anti-rotation stability, because the forces that matter never hit you straight-on.
๐Ÿ‘‰ You improve headโ€“eye control under load, keeping vision stable while the body moves.
๐Ÿ‘‰ And you create global co-contraction through neck, core, hips, and posterior chain.

This is the difference between decorating musclesโ€ฆ and engineering resilience.
Racing isnโ€™t linear. The forces arenโ€™t polite. If your neck training doesnโ€™t prepare you to stay composed when everything around you rotates, shakes, and tries to pull you off-line, itโ€™s not performance. Itโ€™s aesthetics.

This is how you build a neck that doesnโ€™t flinch.
A neck that holds the line.
A neck that lets you execute when chaos shows up.

20min cycling in Heartrate Zone 2, while doing Brain Endurance Training. Every wrong move? Sprint. Every lapse in focus? Zone 4. Again.

Wij doen niet aan hypes en trends. Wij geloven niet zomaar alles wat we op de (social) media te zien krijgen over sport en voeding. We geloven niet zomaar in het nieuwste dieet wat gepresenteerd wordt als dรฉ nieuwe wonderpil.

Waar we wel in geloven is het consequent en wetenschappelijk onderbouwd trainen. In gematigdheid van voeding waarbij je wel lekker kunt genieten van een wijntje of een patatje op z'n tijd. We zijn er van overtuigd dat onze expertise, onze kennis en onze coachingsvaardigheden jou kunnen helpen om je doelen te behalen. Maar ook dat je zelf deze kennis toe kan blijven passen, je hele leven lang.
