Regional meetings!

On Wednesday the Development Team organised three regional meetings with the clubs to discuss growth, local coöperation, Spirit of Cricket and development of facilities.

Clubs are getting ready for a great summer!

💜 International Women’s Day Challenge

Today is International Women’s Day
and we’re celebrating with a challenge for all cricket clubs.

During Women’s Week (17–23 June) the Netherlands will play two matches at the Women’s T20 World Cup:
🏏 17 June – 🇳🇱 Netherlands vs 🇮🇳 India
🏏 20 June – 🇳🇱 Netherlands vs 🇦🇺 Australia

We challenge all clubs to organise an activity for women and girls during that week.

Ideas:
• Ladies’ cricket evening
• Bring-a-friend training
• Mother-daughter cricket
• Criiio activity
• Open training session
• Watch party for the matches

🏆 Prizes
🥇 €750 + clinic by two Netherlands women’s players + Criiio set
🥈 €500 + Criiio set
🥉 €250 + Criiio set

🇳🇱 The Netherlands Women’s cricket team has achieved historic milestones in recent years, regaining ODI status in 2022, reaching its highest ever rankings (12th in ODIs, 14th in T20Is), and delivering record breaking wins.

🏆 Following a successful European qualifier campaign, we are now focused on qualifying for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in 2026.

💡 Our philosophy is simple: One Team, One Mission. We believe in holistic development, both on and off the field, and we’re looking for a leader who shares this vision.
