Today is extra special as we celebrate 10 years of In-Sync Pilates and the birthday of the woman who started it all, Anita! 🎉🤍

What began as a small home studio has grown into so much more than a Pilates studio. Over the past 10 years, we’ve shared movement, challenges, laughter, friendships, and countless moments together.

From the Garden Studio during Covid to the beautiful studio we have today, every chapter has been shaped by the incredible people who walked through our doors.

To our amazing members, instructors, friends and everyone who has supported In-Sync along the way, thank you for being part of our story. You are what makes this community so special. 🤍

And today, we also celebrate you, Anita. 🥂
Happy birthday! Thank you for putting your heart and soul into In-Sync and creating a place where so many people can feel strong, supported and at home.
