We won a silver medal at the Fryslân Open 🥈

Team free! Really happy with our performance for free team. We enjoyed swimming with so much friends and family in the stands. With 70 points we climbed from 8th to 4th position in de ranking 😃

Day 4. Great day for our soloist!
Carola showed a beautiful solo on italian music and climbed two spots in the ranking to 10th place.
Jisca showed a very nice artistic solo and ended up in 7th place.

Day 3. What a successful day for the duets! It was the best performance we could have shown here.

Iris and Aafke got the 8th place today, rising one place on the overall scorebord from 12th to 11th place.

Karin and Jisca took the 3rd place today with the free routine! This made them move up in ranking from the 8th to the 4th place, just 0.3 short of the bronze medal.

We hope to show the best of ourselves again in the next two days with the solo and team free routines and combo!

And that's a wrap for Day 2! Today it was time for the duets. Karin and Jisca are now in 8th place,
Iris and Aafke are 12th. Tomorrow the duets will show their free routines!

And that was already day 1 of the competition! The team placed 8th, with the points being very close to the competitors. Carola took the 12th place, and Jisca 7th. And we are mostly trying to enjoy every moment here!

We are here! All made it safely, settled at our sleeping accomodations and had our first day of training. The pools look and feel great!

Tomorrow Carola will swim her tech solo first, then Jisca, and in the afternoon it is time for tech team.

Entrylists of the LEN European Championships are finally out!

So with 10 combo's 25+, 10 teams 25+, 16 solo 25+, 17 solo 40+, 19 duets 30+ and 25 duets 25+, it'll be long days!
