🚀 LINK UP: samen bouwen aan digitale inclusie en verbonden gemeenschappen

Voor veel vrouwen met een migratieachtergrond vormen digitale drempels nog altijd een obstakel voor volwaardige deelname aan de samenleving. Beperkte toegang tot online diensten, onvoldoende digitale vaardigheden en sociale isolatie kunnen hun kansen op participatie en zelfontwikkeling beperken. LINK UP wil daar verandering in brengen.

Het Europese LINK UP-project ondersteunt vrouwen van buiten de EU bij het versterken van hun digitale competenties, hun zelfvertrouwen en hun betrokkenheid bij de lokale gemeenschap. Door digitale empowerment te combineren met sociale en culturele participatie helpt het project vrouwen om actiever, zelfstandiger en beter verbonden deel te nemen aan het dagelijks leven in hun nieuwe omgeving.

Samen met Europese partners werken we aan een inclusieve samenleving waarin iedereen toegang heeft tot kennis, kansen en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid.

The Essence of the RES-MOVE project 💫:

Through RES-MOVE, one of our projects, we organize women’s empowerment trainings led by and for migrant women in co-working spaces. By bringing these activities into such environments, we help make them more accessible, welcoming, and familiar for women who might otherwise feel hesitant to step into them.

These trainings offer opportunities to learn, grow, and build confidence, while also creating meaningful connections with local communities and professional networks.
More importantly, the relationships built during these sessions can last well beyond the training itself. By fostering a sense of belonging, we encourage women to return to these spaces in the future.

Together, we are building stronger connections, greater inclusion, and more opportunities for migrant women to thrive. 💜

RES-MOVE in action: connecting people, spaces and experiences 🔥

On 11 June, Netwerkpro brought together women, trainers, community partners and coworking-space leaders from different parts of the Netherlands for a vibrant networking event in Almere.

It was a great opportunity to present RES-MOVE Project and, more importantly, to show what the project looks like in practice. Participants and coworking-space leaders shared experiences from the activities and training sessions taking place in the coworking spaces, exchanged ideas and learned from each other.

Through small workshops, presentations and informal conversations, we saw how coworking spaces can become much more than places to work: they can be places where women connect, build confidence, develop skills and expand their networks.

The event also created new connections between participants, trainers and organisations from different cities, bringing the local RES-MOVE experiences together and making the wider network visible.

A great afternoon of learning, sharing and connecting, and a strong example of what RES-MOVE is all about.
