It is not limited to physical exercise but aims to promote oneness with yourself, the world and nature. The practice of yoga helps to develop positive thinking, inner peace and compassion.

The Embassy of India to the Netherlands is joining hands with International Yoga Day Foundation and Bridging the Gap Foundation to celebrate International Yoga Day at Amity International School in Amstelveen.

Join us to promote health and wellness of Yoga on Saturday 17th June from 10:00 - 12:00.

If the weather permits, we will be hosting this event outdoors. We request you to dress appropriately for the occasion.
We advise you to bring a water bottle and also a yoga mat if you have one. We will have yoga mats on location to borrow.
