Here are some pictures from my visit at the WSKO Study session 2025. On the images Marugame, Hombu, the Shorinji Kempo headquarters, practicing and receiving the Yondan Inkajo. Then by train to Kyoto, and from there by bike, past parks and Kazuhito Morikawa sensei's Rakuto Doin, before flying home after a dignified farewell with a view of Mount Fuji. Hieronder staan gedeelde berichten uit Japan over de 2025 WSKO Study Session.
Vijf dagen Shorinji Kempo in Tadotsu Japan zijn vastgelegd door Hidemi Uebayashi.
Wie goed zoekt vind mij er ook tussen samen met veel vrienden en bekenden uit binnen- en buitenland.
De eerste dag was voorbereiden voor de examens op dag twee, daarna volgden drie dagen les van Japanse sensei's op het hoogste niveau.
Op het eind van dit seminar de diploma uitreiking: geslaagd voor 4e dan!
Deze vijf dagen waren zo voorbij, een fantastisch avontuur dat ik niet snel zal vergeten. Ook voor al diegenen die dit voor mij mogelijk hebben gemaakt: Arigato Gozaimash*ta!

Five days of Shorinji Kempo in Tadotsu, Japan, were documented by Hidemi Uebayashi.
If you look carefully, you'll find me there, along with many friends and acquaintances from home and abroad.
The first day was spent preparing for the exams on day two, followed by three days of lessons with Japanese senseis at the highest level.
At the end of this seminar, the graduation ceremony took place: I passed with a 4th dan!
These five days flew by, a fantastic adventure I won't soon forget. Also to all those who made this possible for me: Arigato Gozaimash*ta!
