Hey, hereās me on my usual passionate rant. I want to share what makes me different. Some people are intimidated by personal trainers, Iām youāre personable trainer. I get lost in the moment with you and do things differently, not as rigidly. Iām holistic and love seeing your life as your own, because no two people are the same. No path to health and wellness is the exact same. Itās crucial that we work TOGETHER and both do our part for your success. Hope this is helpful. Since quarantine we've had to reset all of our old habits for new ones. This initial change was uncomfortable but regardless, we changed. Were these habits better for your health in a time where your health needs the most attention? Start by writing down habits you'd like to improve then tackle them one at a time. Nothing in life happens quickly, so take your time and do your best.
