Precision is one the Pilates principles. It is in my view what makes Pilates so exciting and comprehensive.
As I progress in my practice, basic exercises become even more difficult. With regular practice, we become more precise and deliberate in the đļđđŧđšđŽđđļđģđ´ đŽ đđŊđ˛đ°đļđŗđļđ° đēđđđ°đšđ˛.

To me flow is making Pilates beautiful to watch. I like to see the flow in the đ˛đ
đ˛đ°đđđļđŧđģ đŧđŗ đŽđģ đ˛đ
đ˛đŋđ°đļđđ˛ or to have flow đļđģ đđĩđ˛ đđŋđŽđģđđļđđļđŧđģđ between the different positions we perform.
Flow is also about having optimum muscle recruitment and movement through the joints.

Efficiency is one of my favorite principles with Balance. I see it as a teaching to đ¯đ˛ đŗđŧđ°đđđ˛đą đŧđģ đđŽđđđļđģđ´ đŽđ đšđļđđđšđ˛ đ˛đģđ˛đŋđ´đ đŽđ đŊđŧđđđļđ¯đšđ˛.

Control is achieved when the đēđŧđđ˛đēđ˛đģđ đ¯đ˛đ°đŧđēđ˛đ đļđģđģđŽđđ˛. I see it as being extremely graceful.
At first a controlled movement comes with intentionality but with practice and time it becomes intuitive, that's when you achieve mastery.

Concentration, in the context of Pilates, is a cognitive process of understanding the movement.
It is about đŗđŧđ°đđđļđģđ´ đŧđģ đŽ đđŊđ˛đ°đļđŗđļđ° đēđđđ°đšđ˛ before / during the movement to recruit the right muscles and avoid unnecessary strain on the body. It is also about the đ¯đŋđ˛đŽđđĩ đŊđŽđđđ˛đŋđģ to keep the focus and rhythm in the movement.
