Good old pull-ups
A great exercise for strengthening your arms and back, but not easy to perform correctly. Make sure to engage your back muscles by pulling your elbows in toward your sides, instead of pulling mostly with your biceps or tensing your neck. If it feels too difficult, begin with the lat pulldown.
Heavy squats. Solid deadlifts.
Big lifts + progressive overload = real strength
Add a little weight, add a rep, perfect your form week by week.
