We spend a lot of time reflecting on what we could do better. That's important and it has its place. But for today I would like to invite you to spend 5 minutes reflecting on all the beauty that's here already 💫

What was I doing when coaching found me for the first time?

Back then, let's say about 10 years ago, my line manager was also a great coach. What I admired about her was that she was present even though her days were chaotic when she was in a meeting with me. The rest of the world outside that meeting room did not matter, and I felt listened to and understood.

I remember thinking, how on earth is she able to listen like that? How come I feel so energized afterward?

While sitting there I felt truly seen, as a person first of all, and as an employee. For the first time, I experienced what it's like when someone believes in you and sees in you much more than what you do.
And when something like that happens, things start moving…

What were you doing when coaching found you for the first time?

✨ Imagine feeling like you used to at work.. inspired and challenged ✨

✨ Imagine believing in your whole self, in your unique skills and talents✨

✨ Imagine yourself smiling and having trust about opportunities being out there for you ✨

✨ Imagine taking confident actions toward the career you want and deserve ✨

✨ Imagine feeling satisfied, even proud of your job ✨

What would it look like to start working towards that, step after step, with someone supporting you along the way? 🌷
