Rosh hashana, the new year. Time to reflect on the year that has passed, time to think about the new year that’s coming.
We all know what a crazy year we all went through, and yet I’ve learned so much, I grew, I fell many times and got up again, I became stronger and more confident and I have the HUGE privilege of working with people towards their growth.
May this be a year of peace, of growth, of happiness, and cool challenges to overcome together 💕

Good morning world! What are you grateful for today?
I’m grateful for being 15 minutes early to a personal training session, allowing me to move my body a bit, focusing on my breath, outdoors in the sun ☀️

with friends is something you just need every once in a while. Good company, good food, lots of laughs and walking around - the perfect time to reflect and unwind a bit.

I just can’t get over how beautiful this city is and how lucky I am to be living here.
Nevertheless, some time periods are better than others, and it finally feels like I’m getting back to myself, working on some new projects, and I can’t wait to share them with you. Stay tuned 💕
