Before and After with 5 years in between. Picture on the left i had just stopped eating bread ( yes i did it) was overtraining and doing cardio 2, 3 times a week; lost 12 kgs in 4 months, got a six pack and lost ALL MY CURVES. I looked at me like: ok you did it gurl! Now get ya curves back!i do something about it!
And i did. Went heavier on the weights and increased my daily calories. Cardio became a distant friend while weight training was my to go to. Consistency got my curves back. Discipline and foccus. I eat some bread here and there. I do not go crazy on diets. I exercise because i love to do it. And if you girl wanna achieve that. I can help you with it. Hit me up! Let’s go

TAKE A BREAK
Just sit down and take a break.
Breaks are much needed. In life and also in your workout routine. Don’t go crazy working out 8x times a week! Your body needs rest. Your muscles needs rest, your mind needs rest. In this crazy times we are often confronted with the need to keep ourselfs busy to do not go crazy. What if i tell you DON’T!!!! Do things that makes you happy and brings you joy. And if that means do nothing then DO NOTHING! Breathe. And take a break from people, situations and things that only take your energy and effort away. Breathe and take a break.

LEGS TONED!!!!
Hi gorgeous!
I got a few requests about exercises to do with no space. Here is a workout video to tonifie those legs that you can do STANDING UP!No mat needed, only an elastic band! Working basically with abduction and extension movements.
Keep that belly hold for balance and correct posture, save it for later
Tone those legs and let’s go!

FORCED QUARANTINE
So well, a couple of days ago i came back to the from . According to the regulations regard this crazy COViD times i MUST stay at home for 10 days😱. Yes. I know! I cannot see my son. Cannot go outside and cannot give training to my clients. But i decided to make the best of it. Catching up some reading, Netflix and offcourse: WORKING OUT! during this days i will be posting on my stories ( as usual) my home workouts. Please check them out and if you have any questions just hit my DM.
