Bear to bridge combo. This is a great exercise for familiarising yourself with contralateral transitions. Somehow this "opposite hand-opposite leg" coordination seems foreign when we are on all fours, despite being the intuative way that we move.

Getting familiar with the floor is the best approach to improving your mobility. Making the floor in your house more appealing will be the first step!" ✌️

Deep squat mobility. The caveman squat is a fundamental position for humans, which has substantially faded in significance since the invention of the chair. I highly recommend you spend some time in this resting position every day, until it becomes comfortable.

. Nice to look back over videos to see your improvement. I advocate for an incremental approach to progress based on patience and consistency, which feels different than leaps and bounds. 😍

I try to focus more on the journey rather than the destination, and prefer to measure progress by looking back rather than thinking too much about the road ahead. With consistency you can travel great distances while taking small step💪

Back extensions. Dont neglect your posterior chain when training at home! Throw in some back extension to balance out your bodyweight training. ✌️

A variation on the idea of strengthening your weakest link, is making the most out of your fails. When I lose balance or mess up a move, I try to transform it into something else. Instead of it being a bad ending, try to morph it into a new beginning.💪

Things dont always go the way you expect. Being able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances is a useful skill.😌
