𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗷𝗱 𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝘁 𝘇𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗲𝗲.

Grounding & Letting Go.

What if you’re not lazy?
What if you’re exhausted?

So often we blame ourselves for feeling tired.

Not motivated enough.
Not productive enough.
Not disciplined enough.

But sometimes...
your body is simply asking for support.

One of the minerals naturally found in ceremonial cacao is Iron.
Iron helps carry oxygen throughout the body.
And oxygen is what every cell depends on to produce energy.

No Oxygen.
No Energy.
No Spark

Maybe that’s one reason cacao has been treasured for thousands of years.
Because it helps support the body’s natural energy systems.

Thank you for following along on this 7-day journey through the powerful compounds found in ceremonial cacao.Ancient cultures already knew. Science is finally catching up.

DAY 7/7 — IRON.

Have you ever felt like something was missing...
Even when everything looked fine on the outside?

Not a person.
Not a relationship.

Just a feeling.
A feeling of connection.

For a long time, I thought those feelings had to come from someone else.

Then I discovered something unexpected.

One of the compounds naturally found in ceremonial cacao is called **PEA (Phenylethylamine)** often referred to as the “love molecule.”

PEA is associated with feelings of joy, inspiration, connection and a greater sense of love for life itself.

Maybe that’s one reason so many people describe ceremonial cacao as heart-opening.

Not because it gives you something you don’t already have.

But because it helps you reconnect with what was there all along.

The love.
The joy.
The connection to yourself.

Ancient cultures already knew there was something special about cacao.
Science is beginning to explain why.

DAY 6/7 — PEA
Maybe what you’re missing isn’t more love.
Maybe it’s a deeper connection to yourself.

Millions of people take magnesium supplements every day.

For sleep.
For stress.
For muscle recovery.
For relaxation.

But what if one of nature’s richest sources has been used for thousands of years?

It’s hard to relax when your body is holding on so tightly.

Tight shoulders.
A clenched jaw.
A nervous system stuck in overdrive.

Ceremonial cacao naturally contains Magnesium a mineral that plays an important role in muscle relaxation, nervous system function and overall wellbeing.

Maybe the answer isn’t always another supplement.

Your brain runs on oxygen. So why are we always trying to wake it up with caffeine?

One of the reasons ceremonial cacao feels so different may be something called Flavonoids.
These natural plant compounds help support healthy blood flow throughout the body, including the brain.

More blood flow.
More oxygen.
More nutrients.
More clarity.

Ancient cultures didn’t know the word Flavonoids.
But they knew cacao helped them feel awake, alert and connected.
Thousands of years later, science is beginning to explain why.
Not a caffeine rush.
Not a quick fix.

Just your body working the way it’s designed to.
DAY 4/7 — FLAVONOIDS

Have you ever noticed more clarity after drinking ceremonial cacao? Let me know!

Most people don’t struggle to relax because they don’t have time.

They struggle because their mind never stops.

More thinking.

More planning.

More doing.

And somehow... less relaxation

For centuries, cacao has been treasured for the way it makes people feel.

Comforted.
Connected.
At ease.

One reason may be a compound called **Tryptophan**.

Tryptophan is a building block your body uses to produce serotonin, often called the “feel-good” neurotransmitter.

Not because cacao magically solves everything.

But because it gently supports the conditions for a deeper connection with yourself.

A softer mind.

A calmer nervous system.

A good mood

This is Day 3 of my Cacao Science Series, exploring the fascinating compounds hidden inside ceremonial cacao and why this ancient plant has been cherished for thousands of years.

Ancient cultures already knew.

Science is finally catching up.
