PULSE helps athletes achieve maximum potential through comprehensive health & performance monitoring

02/09/2026

PULSE will be exhibiting at World Football Summit Madrid on 15-16 September 🇪🇸⚽

WFS Madrid brings together decision-makers from across the global football industry, and we look forward to contributing to the conversations shaping the next phase of the game - from performance and player availability to tech, data and the continued professionalisation of football.

At PULSE, we work with elite teams to turn fragmented athlete data into clear, actionable decisions across performance, medical and coaching departments.

Madrid will be an opportunity to meet with clubs, federations, partners and investors, exchange perspectives with industry peers, and continue building the relationships driving the future of football.

If you’ll be at WFS Madrid, come and meet us at our booth.

What does sustainable performance actually look like in elite sport?

Performance is often measured by what an athlete can produce today. But the bigger challenge is helping athletes perform consistently, across a season and throughout their career.

Our Sport Scientist ksenia magdalena , put together a masterclass on Sustainable Performance in Elite Sports, looking at how training, recovery and athlete support come together to influence long-term performance.

The session covers:
- What sustainable performance really means and why it matters
- Τhe 4 key areas that support long-term athlete performance
- How to spot early signs of overload and when to take action
- How digital monitoring tools can support athletes and teams

A great day at the JES Soccer Performance Day 2026 ⚽️

Last Sunday, the PULSE team was in Zwolle 🇳🇱 as an exhibitor and sponsor, connecting with coaches, performance staff, sports scientists and other professionals from across football.

It was great to meet so many people, exchange ideas and have conversations around how data, technology and sports science can better support the everyday decisions made within football clubs.

We were also especially proud to sponsor “Rethinking Workload in Women’s Football”, presented by Lieve Schaap.

The session explored an important topic for the continued development of the women’s game: looking beyond traditional approaches to workload and considering the interaction between physical, mental and physiological factors when understanding performance, recovery and wellbeing.

A topic that strongly connects with our belief that athlete monitoring should become more holistic, individualised and actionable.

A big thank you to JES Soccer Performance, Jelmer Siemons , the speakers, partners and everyone who stopped by our stand or had a conversation with us throughout the day.

See you at the next one! 🚀

In elite women’s football, understanding the athlete means understanding more than just training load.

As Bartłomiej Kursa from staff shared in their testimonial, "the most important function is the fact that it's also dedicated to work with female athletes, because we can monitor menstrual cycle of players.”

This gives coaches clearer insight into how each athlete responds to training at different points of her cycle, and whether those loads are beneficial for her.

Smarter monitoring. More individual decisions. Better support for female athletes.

Proud to support Legia Ladies 🤝

Physical performance data is only useful when coaches can understand what it means.

Yet, most teams still work with dashboards full of metrics, without always knowing which changes matter, why a player is flagged, or what should happen next.

At PULSE Sport, we built a Physical AI Agent that helps turn training load data into practical performance decisions.

By combining External Load, Internal Load, RPE, and Wellness Questionnaire signals, the agent helps staff:

• Detect unusual load patterns
• Understand why a player is flagged
• Compare changes to the players’ benchmarks
• Move from warning to action

The goal is not just more data.

It is clearer decisions, better athlete support, and smarter performance management.

We’re excited to announce that PULSE Sport will be exhibiting at Europe 2026 in Amsterdam⚽

From 11–13 May, we’ll be at the Johan Cruijff ArenA to connect with clubs, leagues, federations, and football innovators shaping the future of the game.

PULSE is the Operating System for elite sports teams, turning complex athlete data into clear decisions—helping coaches reduce injuries and optimise performance.

Soccerex is the perfect stage to show how football organisations can move beyond traditional approaches and embrace broader technology adoption to support smarter, more informed decision-making.

Will you be at Soccerex Europe 2026? Come meet us in Amsterdam!📌

Most methods help you react.
PULSE helps you understand.

Instead of guessing, you see patterns.
Instead of late reactions, you get early signals.
Instead of fixing problems, you start preventing them.

That’s not just an upgrade.
That’s a new way of coaching.

Built for modern coaching.
Designed for earlier decisions. ⚡

Explore PULSE.

Coaches don’t need a wishlist for 2026.
They need clarity.

A vision where fatigue is seen before it becomes a problem.
Where information leads to decisions.
Where athletes understand why choices are made.
And where time is spent coaching, not stuck behind a screen.

This is how we believe modern performance environments are evolving.
Not louder.
Clearer.

🎁 The best gift to performance?
Recovery. 😴⚡

Training challenges the body.
Recovery is where adaptation actually happens.

Without enough recovery:
⬆️ Fatigue
⬇️ Readiness

This week, don’t chase more sessions.
Don’t add more intensity.

👉 Focus on one thing:
🛌 Sleep consistency

Because resting more doesn’t mean losing momentum.
It means you’re building it.

Performance doesn’t start at the whistle.
It starts with what happens between sessions. 🧠📈

Same plan.
Different outcomes. ⚡️

Because athletes don’t respond the same way.
Not in biology.
Not in recovery.
Not in stress.
Not in adaptation. 🧠💤

When everyone is treated the same, the early signs get missed.
And performance doesn’t disappear suddenly,
it fades quietly… in energy, focus, and response. 📉

Coaches, ask one simple question today:
👉 “How did this session feel for you?”

Clarity starts there.
Smarter decisions follow. 🎯

Different responses are normal.
Understanding them builds stronger teams.
We can help.
