From climbing walls to soaring skies, Adrien is a K1 top rope & K2 lead certified climber and an FFVL licensed paraglider. Growing up across France, Texas, Argentina, and Spain, fitness became his anchorâno matter where life took him.
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Adrien focuses on functional strength and mobility, inspired by his own journey correcting postural imbalances from years of guitar playing and recovering from a motorcycle accident.

From his first football match at age 3 to running the Rotterdam Marathon in 3:10:34âDylanâs journey is all about pushing limits. đâœ
At just 11, a collision tore his ACL, but instead of giving up, he faced two years of physio and training to come back even stronger. đȘ During Covid, callisthenics became competitive rowing, and at uni, he dove into Hyrox training.
Now, after completing his Milo Performance internship, weâre thrilled to welcome Dylan to the Double Shift team! đ Though heâs a no-Instagram kinda guy, youâll definitely find him crushing goals on Strava.
