Back to city life after another 6 months living in jungles and beaches ✨
And I’d be lying if I said it was totally easy. I find living in cities very overstimulated but also very numbing at the same time, like it gives me too much of one thing and not enough of the other. But somehow the universe pulls me back here from time to time and each time I return it helps me understand more and more what I need and want from my life to feel peaceful.
I’m completely surrendering and trusting the universe even more and meditating on what my soul craves right now which is being close to nature and the ocean 💚🩵 and for now I’m looking for peace in the green parts of Amsterdam and grateful for my time here with my gorgeous friends

I loveee love love teaching Yin ✨
I think it’s one of the most challenging practices for a lot of people - encouraging them to relax, lean into the discomfort instead of escaping it, be aware of what emotions and feelings comes up in each pose and be curious as to why?
Releasing tension in all parts of our body can trigger emotional responses for different reasons.
For me, it’s always a very active inner practice, so my job is to guide and prompt your curiosity here 🙏🏼 can you detach from your mind and body and drop into your heart and intuition?
Playlist is also VERY important so I’ve added a veryyyy nice one I made a while ago for Yin and meditation and generally situations that I needed to be reminded to “Remain Calm” 🫶🏼 link in ma bio!
