May has been a very busy month indeed. From the Netherlands to Nighthawks Weekender (where I taught yoga and performed in about 30 degrees heat) and many hours of practice teaching and observations, plus another weekend of reformers trining at to two soundbaths with at and all my classes in-between. Everything*should* be a little quieter into the summer as work projects take over!

Outside, sheltered, overlooking a lake — and this weekend, probably the coolest spot at the whole festival.
I've taught yoga at almost every year since it started.
Two mornings on a vintage dodgem track, with a full day of dancing, live bands, hot tubs and wild swimming ahead of everyone on the mat.
**If you're coming: bring your mat**

Gradually bringing some more sound into my yin style classes with some big plans over the next couple of months. Watch (or listen?) to this space.

My process? Oh yes that would be "nerdy little index cards made in PowerPoint."
I think it's safe to say I don't turn up to class and just go with the flow...
The funny thing is I don't actually often look at them once I get going. But I guess I know where I'm headed at least!
