On Saturday morning Eva & Claudia will be online with a guided Astanga Practice workshop. Meditation, pranayama and led primary series, suitable for all levels of astanga experience (you will be asked to stop practicing where you usually stop), with some extra time at the end to discuss any questions which might have come up during practice.
Focus point for practice will be on core muscles, bandhas and jumping through/jumping back ;-)
