When you start, you get access to our 12 week program, where we help you build a strong foundation and work together towards your goals. And the guidance doesnโ€™t stop there.

As a member, you can schedule a free check in with a trainer every 2 months. Think of a new training schedule, a body measurement or advice about nutrition, stress and sleep.

We also work together with Plexus and every Wednesday evening thereโ€™s a free walk in consultation with physiotherapist Imke.

And recovery matters too. Thatโ€™s why you can also make use of our sauna and ice bath after your workout ๐Ÿ™Œ

We have everything in house to guide you and help you get the best out of yourself.
