September is almost there! We start again on Sept 3rd, the lessons will be as before on Monday and Thursday, starting both days at 19:00. Location: Buurthuis Park de Meer, Anfieldroad 110, 1098 WD Amsterdam.

Today is the last yoga class for this summer.We start again in September!

Coming Monday it is the last yoga class for the summer, by the way men are also welcome. Please note that the type of yoga we do is meditational type of yoga. Do not expect power yoga instead:)

Next week Monday it will be the last class before the summer holiday and the last class at the beautiful location at De Vergulden Eenhoorn. In September there will be a new location, still close by the current one:) So if you want to experience once again the charm of De Vergulden Eenhoorn and have a yoga class you are welcome! Please e-mail in advance if you want to participate.

Unfortunately the class for today is cancelled, see you on Thursday!
