Last Saturday we hosted our very first HalfโRox at AmstelGym.
A half HYROX-style event designed to test your level for the real competition or to take part purely for the experience. Either way, it turned out to be hard work. ๐

Team AmstelGym took part in the HYROX Company Challenge in Utrecht and we absolutely loved it.
Even better: we managed to secure 2 podium finishes ๐๐
This definitely left us wanting more.

A ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป hot chocolate. ๐ซ
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฒ
โข 250 ml milk or barista almond milk
โข 1 scoop chocolate whey
โข 1 tbsp cocoa
โข 1 tsp zero-syrup or honey
โข Pinch of cinnamon or sea salt
โข Optional: 5โ10 g dark chocolate melted in

Heat the milk, whisk in cocoa and syrup, then stir in whey off the heat.
Add a pinch of salt, melt a bit of dark chocolate or marshmallows if you like, and enjoy a warm, creamy cup with 30 g protein.

Start your day with a powerful full-body workout in Bella Vista Park.
๐Meeting point: AmstelGym โ be there 5 minutes early.
Bootcamp is a mix of strength, cardio, core and mobility training. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises and equipment like kettlebells, resistance bands and mats. The sessions are varied, challenging and suitable for all levels.
The class is led by Warren, a passionate and experienced trainer who brings the energy every week and makes sure everyone gets the most out of their workout, whether youโre a beginner or more advanced.
If the weather doesnโt allow us to train outside, the session will take place indoors at AmstelGym.
No excuses, just movement.

Beste leden, onwijs leuk nieuws! Ons teamuitje zit er aan te komen. 18 en 19 april gaan we met het team gezellig naar het mooie Limburg. Hier fietsen we op zaterdag de Amstel Gold Race in verschillende afstanden. ๐ต๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ฅ
We zullen op zaterdag 19 april geopend zijn van 09:0-14:00, i.p.v. 16:00.
