There is a spot for you! 🏈

The Cru coaching staff is looking to grow - and we want you to be part of it.
You don’t need to have coached before. You don’t need to have played American Football. You just need to be interested, willing to learn and ready to commit.
Maybe you’re a former player. A coach from another sport. A teacher. A student in sports science. Or simply someone who loves football and wants to learn more.
Our staff already brings experience from the Netherlands, the highest levels of European football and the NCAA. Basically all our coaches are back - now it’s up to you: learn from us or help us learn!
We’re looking for:
🏈 (Assistant) Position Coaches
⚡ Special Teams Coordinator
We can adapt your role to your experience, your available time and your interests.
Come contribute. Come learn. Come grow with us.
If you’re in any way interested in becoming part of the CRU Family, reach out to us! We will find a spot for you!

42 years of football.
42 years of teammates, coaches, families and friends.
42 years of memories, championships, road trips, tough losses and unforgettable wins.

Here’s to everyone who has ever stepped onto the field, stood on the sideline, coached, supported, cheered, travelled, volunteered or simply called themselves part of the Cru family! ❤️

“You join for the football. You stay for the family.” 🏈🔴⚪️

There’s a lot that brings you to the Crusaders. The football. The competition. The challenge.
But what keeps you coming back is the people.
The teammates beside you, the coaches pushing you, the friendships built on and off the field, and the feeling that you’re part of something bigger than yourself.
That’s the CRU Family.
And as Coach Vito Alfarez knows better than most - once you’re part of it, you’re always part of it.

For years, Laura has been the person making everything run - from getting the team dressed correctly, through border checks to making sure there is a post-game meal.
Ensuring that players can play and coaches can coach, she has been at the heart of the Cru family and running the operation.
From game days with uber rides to fighting for access to better competition - from the big moments to all the little things nobody sees - thank you, Laura, for all that you have done for to this team!🏈🔴⚪️
Once a Crusader, always a Crusader.
