One of the most popular topics of conversation among my clients is posture: whether it’s good or bad, and how to improve it.
After over a year of lockdowns, homeschooling and working from home, too much time on screens and movement and sitting habits that may be doing more harm than good, these workshops speak to the issues we face today.
Come join me for one or both workshops at to learn some basic anatomy of your bone placement and their biomechanics, release blockages, and work on awareness and strengthening good placement and movement!! I promise you will feel better and come away with insights into your movement habits during exercise and daily life.

I am thrilled to announce I am teaching a two part workshop at !!!
Titled Pilates Posture, the workshops will cover basic anatomy and biomechanics, breath work, stretch and release exercises, and a movement class based on the pilates method but also borrowing from other methodologies. They are companions but can be done separately.
*Pilates Posture 1: Head Neck & Shoulders (30 May)
*Pilates Posture 2: “Sitting is the new smoking”, bringing the lower half of the torso, ribs hips (13 June)
The best part is YOU!!! I want you to walk away with a better understanding of your own body, have a few ‘ aha’ moments that you will keep in your pocket and can do at home, and learn that your body is unique and can be facilitated to feel better, good, amazing!!!
