Transformation //
Last year I went to attending a plant medicine retreat. I just knew I had to be there, the calling was clear. The retreat was in a setting for women only, so I went into a 5 day transformational journey with beautiful, raw sisters opening up to the plant medicine.
The opening of the retreat still gives me goose bumps, where every single one of us was invited to take off their clothes, be cleansed by water and then gather in a circle with all the beautiful souls showing up as they are raw, nakedโฆ Part of the opening was to share the intention/ reason why we want to work with the plant medicine.
My main intention was to find support on the bumpy road my partner and I have been on for so long. If I think back to the first night I still feel my heart starting to beat stronger and experiencing a rush of unconditional love over & over again. I had a clear vision of this beautiful huge pregnant belly in all kinds of DMT visuals and colours. With every inhalation expanding radiating unconditional love and with every exhalation deeper sinking into myself - the message was clear: โTrustโ. And with that said/ experienced all my questions/ doubts were answered.
Of course when life happens and it doesnโt always go as planned there are moments of grief, sadness, pain, but this profound experience truly helps to support me on the journey giving me strength to see the light at the end of the tunnelโฆ
What I received during the 2nd night of ceremony was that my path is to work with women. So you might have noticed that Iโve been slowly shifting my offerings focusing on womenโs health and connecting to the divine feminine. This year I completed a training guided by the beautiful inspiring giving me the tools for:
* Shamanic womb wisdom
* Dream journeying
* Integrative Pelvic Health
* Pelvic Anatomy

Follow the sun, to align with your inner โ๏ธ
Your inner fire is not only responsible for digesting food itโs also supporting you in digesting everything that is being perceived through the senses, think here: hearing, feeling, sensing, smelling, seeing and tasting.
Did you know that when you start following the cycle of the sun you will feel more energised, more in line with your inner nature - easy as that!?
This means that when the sun is radiating at its strongest, around 12-14:00 so is your inner sun.
This is the time where you want to have your biggest meal, so you can digest it at optimum capacity. Our tummies donโt need big portions at night, neither do you, as you most probably will go to bed a few hours later.
So the heavier the meal at night, the more difficult it is to get up early in the morning, feeling rejuvenated, light and fresh.
If you tend to have a big breakfast and dinner, see if you can adjust your portion size and make lunch your biggest meal.
Both Breakfast and dinner are usually in the Kapha time (which is the energy of water and earth, and thus is heavy and sluggish). These qualities have an impact on your digestive fire so called Agni, thus your fire is not burning at optimum capacity.
So taking the mornings to gently break the fast by
* A morning routine
* Drinking a glass of warm water
* Tongue scraping
* Pranayama/ Meditation
* Mindfully preparing your breakfast
