Hey everyone, I am happy to announce that I will be offering a free coaching session every Friday at 9am MT. I love what life coaching does for people and I am happy to provide a free session for those who are interested and those who might like a session and cannot afford one. On Dec 1st I am starting my first group program for Mormon men who have left the church. This transition can be difficult to orient a new life outside of the church. I struggled when I left and have spent the last 20 years diving into self-development work as a result. I am excited to teach the best of what I have learned in this group.

Just returning from an amazing trip to the Netherlands where I got to practice with these men for a week. I really love these men. We have been practicing now for almost two years. I didn't know what "men's work" entailed. I now do. It feels ancient, like men heading out on a hunt to feed our tribe. Our teacher speaks of men's work as iron sharpening iron, and I have now seen it too many times to count. These men call me forward and expect nothing less than my best. They do it with love, and I am truly grateful to call these men my brothers.
I am lucky enough to do this work. And I am especially lucky to be able to do in such dynamic times when the roles of men and women are in such flux.
