Almost 10 years ago, Female Wave of Change launched the 'Women Leading in Women Leading in Change: a FWoC Transformation Journey' program.

Since then, we have had the privilege of witnessing countless women step into their authentic feminine leadership and create meaningful change around the world.

They have become politicians, corporate leaders, authors, teachers, and entrepreneurs. They have launched community projects, built businesses, inspired others, and transformed lives. Their stories are a powerful reminder that leadership can begin anywhere—and at any level.

The courage to lead and create change already exists within each of us. It may sometimes be hidden, but it is there.

Wherever you are today, you are enough to begin your transformation journey.

Our next 'Women Leading in Change' group starts on September 30. Over 12 weeks, women from different countries and walks of life will connect online and be guided by international experts as they develop their leadership and create meaningful impact.

Running our Female Wave of Change program Women Leading in Change: a FWoC Transformation Journey is such an amazing experience over and over again. To be able to guide women from different parts of the world and all walks of life, to step into their authentic feminine leadership is something we are really grateful for. To see them really leading change after the program is even more wonderful.

In April of this year Kuda from Zimbabwe joined the program. This was her experience:
'Participating in the program was a timely confidence booster. FWOC is a platform for growth. The coaching sessions helped me create clarity around my goals. Being surrounded and supported by seasoned professionals from different cultures and industries reframes your career perspective in a way that allows you to walk authentically in your power.'

Are you ready to take that next step then join is in the next group starting on September 30.

On Mandela Day, we celebrate more than a legacy—we celebrate leadership that reflects courage, integrity, and collaboration.
Female Wave of Change is reshaping leadership norms by bringing authentic femininity to the forefront: empathy that informs strategy, resilience that sustains momentum, and inclusive decision-making that lifts everyone.

Authentic feminine leadership is not about perfection; it’s about showing up with transparency, listening deeply, and acting with accountability. It means crafting environments where diverse voices are heard, where difficult conversations happen with respect, and where ordinary actions become collective impact.

Today, we commit to elevating women across all levels of organizations and in our communities: mentoring rising leaders, advocating for equitable opportunities, and embedding principled leadership in our everyday practices. Let’s lead with heart and rigor—guided by Mandela’s vision of dignity, justice, and service to others.

Together, we can honor Nelson Mandela’s legacy by shaping a future where authentic feminine leadership is the norm, not the exception.
