I did a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Sivananda Yoga in 2008 and the 500 hour yoga therapy training at Agama Yoga in Thailand. I followed courses at Jose de Groot, Max Power and other teachers. I also teach anatomy, physiology and back yoga for different yoga teacher trainings in the Netherlands. Since 2011 I give YinYang, Hatha, back and Yin yoga classes at various locations in Amsterdam. Furthermore, I taught yoga in Turkey and Thailand . In the sessions the emphasis is set on mindfulness and breath to experience the presence in the body in the here and now. Based on my physical therapy background, the sessions are safe & healthy, " down to earth " and personal. They have a meditative atmosphere which is soft and challenging at the same time.
