Keitharo, Onyema, Gabriella, Kadene, Remly and Jules competed where Jules comes back after a year fighting from a foot surgery and takes home 3rd place on the hurdles, Kadene Vassell goes home with a 2nd place on the 200m for the women and Onyema takes the gold on the 200m in the category of the senior men.

Good weekend for the youngsters: Onyema fighting with the tight curves still easily won his 200m and afterwards received a plaque for his European time last winter. After his great win yesterday we decided better to be safe then sorry and not let Keitharo run the 200m making his ankle worse. Newbe Dre sadly also wasn't ready yet to join this winters national championship. With 3 gold medals we can be very proud of these boys. On to next!

Onder erg slechte omstandigheden loopt Onyema in een matige wedstrijd toch al de limiet voor het EKu20 op de 200m.
