"I used to do CrossFit on and off, so I already knew how tough it can be to get back into the gym after a break. That’s why I hesitated a lot before signing up again. I hadn’t worked out properly for years, and I knew my endurance and strength wouldn’t be able to keep up with the usual crossFit intensity.

But while looking for a gym, I found out that crossFit 020 offers a Kickstart program, and I thought it might be a good way to ease back into training. I was right. Choosing the 28-Day Kickstart Program turned out to be an excellent decision.

Before joining this gym, I used to struggle with losing too much weight even while training. But thanks to Annie👍, who guided me with personalized and proper nutrition, I learned how to eat balanced meals, and this time I didn’t lose weight, which is great because I’m trying to build muscle and gain some weight.

The morning Kickstart workouts were perfect for getting back into fitness. They were challenging but manageable, and they really helped me regain my confidence to start training again.

The kick-start program focuses on wholistic fitness as I was coached on how to eat deliberately. Over time I became mindful of my calories, protein and fibre intake and steps, besides regular workout.

The environment in the gym is warm, supportive and motivating. Coaches are great and support you to go beyond your limits.🏋🏻‍♀️ At the same time they are sensitive to the movements that might be challenging to you initially.

In 28 days, I have seen visible improvements in my focus, sleep, energy levels and of course increased functional strength to be able to do more things in a day.
