The Online Level 1 Mace Instructor Certification is almost starting 🚨

In three months this certification takes you through the entire Level 1 Mace Instructor Certification of Dutch Flow Academy.

Phase 1. June

In this month you’ll go through two online courses preparing you for the certification that is to come.

Phase 2. July

During this month you’ll learn all the individual movements connected to the certification includes cues and errors.

Phase 3. August

In this month we’ll connect things together with transitions into flows. You’ll also learn how to create a group training with the material that you’ve learned in the certification.

This is an intense and in-depth course that builds the foundations like no other course in existence. The details and amount of practice in this certification is incredible.

Heavy Clubs SIX Level 3 has been shot 🎉

The last level of learning how to swing Heavy Clubs aka a pair of clubbells, Persian Meels, Mudgars will be availability within a few months.

I’m extremely proud of this course and how it’s been able to capture the most complex expression of what one can do with a pair of heavy clubs.

The fact that the other Levels build up perfectly for it, makes me even more excited. The system works and with guided educational videos and follow-along workout videos you can reach this high level of skill in this art now.

The path will challenge you physically and mentally, but it is so rewarding. The path is laid out and all you need to do is watch and practice.

The mace (Steel Mace or Macebell) is a unique workout tool that emphasizes weighted swinging or throwing movements. It strengthens and opens the shoulder girdle like no other tool.
