Today I did my first duty by the football ⚽ team of my son
My "task" was to be!
Yes!!!! My presence was responsibility
Easy to laugh or to label it as small, but you know it's big
Showing up is huge
Let's remember the importance of showing up, of being!
For whom do you need to be present now?
For your kid?
For your partner?
For your mother?
For yourself?
Be. Show up. You don't know how important your being is and will be.
Don't underestimate it.

Talking about the things that we don't talk about
Because they hurt
Because we label them as bad
Is what I did for the past three hours
R&pe, murder, abandonment, war... In the family
When I discovered my family secrets I was full of shame and felt alone in the world
Now, I know for a fact that we are ALL in this together. There's no one on earth free of suffering. It's the human condition.
That brings sometimes tears in my eyes 😭
Not today! On the contrary!
The dear friend I talked with today is not only healing her own family story, but helping others to do the same. Just like me!

My dear daughter baked this beautiful cake to celebrate my first 300 subscribers in YouTube.
