Dag allemaal! Deze maand wordt mijn koffie geschonken bij Cafe de Ceuvel in Amsterdam Noord!

De maand december staat bij ons in het teken van een bijzondere koffie! Normaal gesproken serveren wij koffie van importeur This Side Up Coffee, direct trade koffie van eerlijke plantages en lokaal gebrand door Stadsbranderij Noord. Deze maand maken we een uitzondering en hebben we een maand lang de koffie van Anemoi Coffee by Sail op de molen. Deze bijzondere single estate uit Costa Rica is hier per zeilschip met de Tres Hombres gekomen! Afgelopen zondag was Erik van Anemoi hier om tijdens Coffee Unchained zijn verhaal te vertellen.
