The morning always holds a special energy.

The sacred silence before the world wakes up. The moment of welcoming back the light - a new day, a new intention, a new opportunity, a new opening for inspiration.

These moments of prayer in the morning are holy for me. A sacred space to be with all that is, and open to all that may be. To listen. To open. To receive.

As I count my last day at the lake, I hold all these precious sunrises and morning prayers in my heart - taking them with me wherever I go.

What if we truly believed that everything will work out the way it’s supposed to - fully living the life we dream of instead of constantly fearing it won’t happen.

I have spent so much of my life worrying it wouldn’t, rehearsing disappointment before life even had the chance to surprise me. And I don’t want to waste any more time doubting what is already trying to find me.

Sometimes we have to fall deeply into our own darkness just to realize the light was never absent.

And somewhere in that unraveling, I tasted something holy - the beauty of surrender, the guidance of something far greater than myself.

Some paths only reveal themselves once we stop gripping so tightly. Some dreams only bloom when we trust them enough to keep walking toward them unseen.

So here’s to believing before the evidence arrives.
To trusting the timing of our life.
To releasing the need to know every step ahead.

Maybe the life we dream of isn’t asking us to chase it harder but asking us to finally believe we are worthy of receiving it.

Today, as we honour the mother - the mother who raised us, the mother who birthed us, the mother within us, the mother we are for each other, for our children and unborn children - I also feel the beautiful reminder that the Earth, too, is our mother.

The mother who holds us, nourishes us, grounds us, protects us, and gives us a home to belong to.

Over these past months, the Earth has been calling me home once more, and I have been reminded again and again how much clarity and alignment return when I slow down enough to truly listen.

Cacao has always felt like a sacred pathway back to the Earth for me - back to the mother, within and without. A mysterious earth medicine reminding me to soften, to feel, to root, and to reconnect with the wisdom alive within my body, my heart and in the earth beneath me.

She opens the heart while grounding us deeply into the body, teaching us that before we expand, we first need ground beneath us.

This is why we begin with the Earth.

I cannot wait to open my return to Amsterdam with this sacred space - honouring the Earth, honouring the mother.

What a portal it has been. Tulum came in like a sweet surprise and powerful activation. Just 7 days, yet I feel I have jumped timelines and lived many days in one.

I came here 8 years ago at the end of my world trip and honestly didn’t enjoy it so much.
Yet this time was different as I am different. I could clearly see and witness how my life has changed in the last 8 years and I was literally blasted open in gratitude for all that has unfolded since then. I cried everyday out of gratitude and quite often tears of so much laughter and joy were rolling down my cheeks.

A land that is surrounded and moved by water of course moved so much inside of me and I am touched by the messages that were received. Definitely want more cenotes in my life ;-).

Life is so magical and I feel blessed for all the incredible humans that I get to weave and walk with. The constellation of hearts was beyond magical and there was a magical weaving of our global community that was alive and lived.
And beyond all I could witness new portals and paths being opened and I know I will be back soon for more creation and magic.

Thank you life and thank you sweet souls that make my life so much brighter - love you. Cannot wait for our next season here.

Mama Cacao called me long before I ever met her in her pure form.
And somehow… 10 years ago, I listened.

Even though it didn’t make sense.
Even though my mind couldn’t understand it.

That one yes became the doorway to the biggest adventure and expansion of my life.

And here I am, meeting her again and again.
Seeing how she opens hearts…
how she brings us closer…
how she weaves connection, love, and truth between us.

Today I just feel so deeply grateful.
Grateful to her.
Grateful to myself for listening back then.

I am returning
What started as a short visit to Guatemala,a land so dear to my heart, unfolded into a deep journey home. I fell in love with all the magic and wisdom all over again and have been spiraling deeper into my own remembrance.

There is a calling so profound, coming from the earth, the sacred waters, and the ancient wisdom that touched me deeper than ever before, opening me further to my own heart and medicine path. A calling that is not only for myself, but for all of us. We are opening a new cycle, and these times are building the foundation for years to come.

Inviting us to question - how do you truly want to live your life? How do you want to be in service? How do you commit to love…?

With much excitement and many blessings, I am returning for a short while to Amsterdam and will once more open ceremonial spaces to connect with your heart and inner truth. A space of prayer, togetherness, and authenticity. I feel the deepening spiral of what becomes possible the deeper we journey together.

Humbled and honoured to open these collective portals once more with the medicine of the heart, Mama Cacao and some of her plant ally friends.

I would love to honour this new cycle with you and, in our collective field, open a space for us to tap into our path and how we want to continue walking.
